As I was pondering the Snack Pack Share A Smile campaign an old saying kept running through my head...
It takes 33 muscles to frown and only 17 muscles to smile :)
Now the saying above is not literal. There are disagreements over how many muscles each action really takes. No matter how many ways there are to say it , the important part behind the message is the meaning not the numbers.
SMILE !
Smiling is contagious!
SMILE !
Smiling helps us stay positive ! Want to test the theory? Smile loud and proud and just for fun try and think about something negative without losing that silly grin off your face :)
SMILE !
What makes me smile? Most of my smiles daily come from the 10 year old boy that brings me joy, laughter and hugs everyday. I can't help but smile at what a wonderful young man he is becoming. I smile when he laughs. I smile when he smiles. The remainder of my daily smiles usually come from the silly Jack Russel that is bounding after my 10 year old at a blurry pace :)
What are your reasons to smile?
